Recently we had the chance to harvest honey from one of Noah’s hives. We started by removing the wax cappings from the frames and then spun them in the extractor until the honey flowed.
It was a great departure from the usual working day and we were surprised that there was enough honey for everyone to take home a jar. As an extra plus when it’s not heat treated is great for allergy season!
