As part of the redevelopment of the Sancta Maria Hospital, the Healthcare Management Trust are planning a dedicated physiotherapy unit. The proposed facility will be located on the ground floor of Langdon House close to the proposed new hospital at SA1 Waterfront. The planning application was submitted to Swansea Planning department on 16th February.
